The Advanced Process Quality Engineer will help strengthen engineering quality processes across system, software, hardware, and validation teams. This role will support ASPICE implementation, assessments, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives. As a senior member of the Process Quality Engineering team, this person will also mentor other PQEs, review process deliverables, and serve as a key quality partner to engineering and Software Quality Assurance teams.

Key Responsibilities




- Support quality planning, metrics, and goals across the full project lifecycle.
- Partner with system, software, hardware, and validation teams to ensure quality targets are clear, measurable, and aligned to project needs.
- Strengthen requirements quality, traceability, and requirements management practices.
- Drive process improvements that support ASPICE adoption, engineering execution, and organizational consistency.
- Support internal and external ASPICE assessments, audits and related quality reviews.
- Communicate process quality status, risks, and improvements to engineering teams and stakeholders.
- Mentor PQE team members, review process deliverables, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Serve as a key interface between Process Quality, Software Quality Assurance, and engineering teams.
