? We're looking for a Community & Brand Builder to join Turtl Project
We're a small, international watersports brand — and we're growing.
We need someone who doesn't wait to be told what to do. Someone who sees opportunities, builds relationships, and genuinely cares about the ocean and the community around it.
This is an
unpaid 6-month internship
with the possibility of joining the team permanently
— but you'll work directly with the founders, get Turtl Project gear, and have the chance to join us on brand trips and events. Real experience. Real impact.
We're a small team with people in Spain and the US. That means you'll touch everything, learn fast, and actually see the impact of your work. If you thrive in big corporations, this probably isn't for you. But if you want to be hands-on from day one — read on.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
? Build and grow our network of watersports centers, surf camps and brand partners
? Hunt for new partnership opportunities that align with our mission
? Design and execute content strategy across social media and email campaigns
✉️ Create and send newsletters and email campaigns
? Analyse weekly and monthly metrics to track performance and evolution
? Support brand events and activations
? Help shape and grow our community — online and offline
? Report directly to the founders — no middlemen, no bureaucracy
WHO YOU ARE
? Passionate about the ocean, watersports or sustainability
⚡ Autonomous — you don't wait to be told what to do
? Fluent in both English and Spanish — both are essential for this role
?️ Organised, proactive and comfortable wearing many hats
? Ready to take ownership from minute one
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Skills & Tools
? Strong social media skills — Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn (content creation, scheduling, community management)
? Experience with email marketing platforms — MailerLite, Mailchimp or similar
? Comfortable with Canva or equivalent design tools
? Basic understanding of analytics
