Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Short Term Rental Property Manager role based in Marbella. The Property Manager oversees day-to-day operations of multiple rental units, including coordinating check-ins and check-outs, deposits, managing booking calendars, and responding promptly to guest inquiries and issues. The role includes supervising cleaning and maintenance schedules, inspecting properties regularly, and ensuring that all units meet company quality standards. The Property Manager also collaborates with vendors and service providers,



assists with pricing and availability decisions, and supports basic administrative tasks such as record-keeping and reporting. Maintaining clear communication with property owners and contributing to a positive guest experience are key aspects of this position.

Qualifications
- Experience in property management, hospitality, or short-term rentals, with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using booking platforms or property management systems and basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, scheduling tools).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle guest relations professionally and resolve issues efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail for property inspections, cleanliness standards, and accurate record-keeping.
