With offices in Los Angeles, Luxembourg and Barcelona, we are looking for a talented and motivated Recruiter to join our team in Barcelona. You will be based in our office on Diagonal and work closely with hiring managers across different teams and locations.
This is a hands-on internal recruitment role with ownership of the full hiring process, from identifying and approaching candidates to interviews, offers and onboarding.
With us, you will
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, interview coordination, candidate assessment, offer management and salary negotiations
- Proactively source and approach candidates for open positions across different functions and seniority levels, using a combination of headhunting, direct sourcing and relevant recruitment channels
- Manage the recruitment of IT and technical profiles, working closely with technical hiring managers throughout the selection process
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, define candidate profiles and keep hiring processes structured and moving forward
- Create and update job descriptions and ensure vacancies are advertised through the most relevant job boards, social media and sourcing channels
- Manage and continuously improve our recruitment tools and processes, with a focus on keeping hiring efficient, organised and consistent
- Maintain clear and professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure timely follow-up
- Ensure recruitment and selection processes comply with applicable employment laws and recruitment best practices
- Coordinate the onboarding of new employees, working with the relevant teams to ensure new joiners are well prepared for their first day and first weeks at TwinRed
- Support the management of employee benefits and contribute to new hire initiatives and internal projects
What we expect from you
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role
- Experience with direct sourcing and headhunting, with the confidence to identify and approach candidates proactively
- Experience recruiting IT or technical profiles is highly valued
- Excellent level of English; additional languages are a plus
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with hiring managers and candidates.
- Good understanding of recruitment best practices and applicable hiring regulations.
- Strong organisational skills, accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes and priorities at the same time.
