We're building a wholesaling community with one mission: help people close their first wholesale deal.

Members get real deal reviews, free calculators, live seller opportunities, daily education, a proven acquisitions system, and direct access to our team.

We're looking for someone who knows real estate and genuinely enjoys talking to people.

The Role
You already understand wholesaling, that's the whole reason this works. Your job is to go into Facebook wholesaling groups, have real conversations with aspiring wholesalers, and invite the serious ones into our free Skool community.

Because you speak the language, you build trust in two messages instead of ten, and you can spot who's actually serious versus who's just curious.

This is not cold-calling and it is not spam. You're not running a script or pitching. You're a real person from a real wholesaling company having a genuine conversation and pointing people toward a place that will genuinely help them.

The selling happens later, on our team's calls. Your job is to bring in great, serious people and get them engaged.





(We start in Facebook groups because that's where the volume is. We'll expand to Instagram, Reddit, BiggerPockets, and YouTube later.)

What You'll Do Every Day

Outreach (your main job)

Find aspiring wholesalers who are active and asking for help.

Leave genuine, helpful comments on their posts.

Start real one-on-one conversations, using your real estate knowledge to actually help them.

Spot the serious ones and invite them into the free community.

Light community presence (secondary)

Welcome the members you personally invited when they join.

Drop a few genuine posts or comments in the group each week so it stays active.

We build relationships first. We help people. We never spam.
