Role Description
The Vice President of Product Strategy is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Almería Metropolitan Area. This role is responsible for defining the product vision and strategy across Exeter Finance Group’s loan offerings, ensuring alignment with market opportunities, customer needs, and overall business objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing market trends and competitor activity, collaborating with finance, operations, and sales teams to shape product roadmaps, and overseeing the lifecycle of existing and new products. The Vice President will lead cross-functional initiatives to improve product performance, profitability, and customer experience, as well as present strategy updates and recommendations to senior leadership. This role also includes mentoring product management team members, establishing key performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal governance standards.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Product Strategy and Product Management,



with a track record of leading product portfolios or strategic initiatives in financial services or a related sector.
- Strong Analytical Skills and Strategic Planning capabilities, including experience with market analysis, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making.
- Solid understanding of Finance, particularly in lending, credit products, or structured funding solutions, and the ability to translate financial insights into product opportunities.
- Proven leadership and people management skills, including experience guiding cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders at senior levels.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in a relationship-led, customer-focused environment, ideally within property finance, commercial lending, or similar markets.
