- Build and maintain partnerships with the leadership team to create a business and data-driven People Agenda; especially with 2 C-Level Leaders running the Tech & Product Functions
- Advise leaders on people growth strategies and initiatives to ensure retention and growth of high potential employees as well as developing rigor around proactively identifying and addressing lower-performing employees
- Monitor and measure progress against the People Agenda to identify trends, share recommendations and make adaptations, as needed
- Facilitate the employee engagement action planning process with business leaders
- Develop a robust understanding and knowledge of key talent and work with leaders to ensure proper development plans are in place for these individuals
- Identify talent development needs and partner with the Talent team to create value-add solutions to close the gaps
- Understand the HR programs to effectively translate and implement: educate senior leaders on specific programs or processes and coach them to understand the role they play in driving a successful outcome,



create and manage timelines and necessary communications appropriately
- Partner with leaders and employees to address and resolve complex employee relations issues
