About Us: We are a well-established, boutique English academy located in the vibrant neighborhood of Son Ferriol, Palma de Mallorca. We specialize in providing high-quality English language instruction to a diverse range of learners, from young children (ages 4 and up) to adults. A key focus of our curriculum is equipping our students with the skills they need to succeed in Cambridge English examinations.

The Role: We are seeking an enthusiastic, native-level English teacher to join our team for a 9-month permanent contract (fijo-discontinuo) running from mid-September to mid-June.

This position consists of 20 teaching hours per week, with a convenient four-day schedule from Monday through Thursday, 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Enjoy your three-day weekends exploring Mallorca

Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering engaging, high-quality English lessons during your contracted hours.
- Planning and preparing classes adapted to various age groups and levels.
- Assigning and grading homework and regular assessments.
- Evaluating student progress and writing up termly reports.

Compensation & Perks:




- A secure 9-month permanent contract that includes full Spanish Social Security coverage.
- A starting gross salary of €1,100 per month (salary may be adjusted upwards depending on your qualifications and prior experience).
