YOUR TASKS

* Technical Leadership : You own the "How" for our PostgreSQL Flex Service
across product teams with more than 10 team members. As a player-coach, you
lead by example by guiding architectural decisions and by not hesitating to




touch the codebase and configuration when strategic challenges arise.
* Product Development & Architecture: In partnership with the Product Owner,
you shape the future of our Managed Database Services. You design robust,
scalable, and highly available Postgres solutions within a cloud ecosystem.
* -Automation & DBaaS Innovation: You drive our "Self-Service" model. You lead
the automation of deployment, patching, and scaling processes via REST APIs,
ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.
* People & Culture: You mentor engineers toward technical excellence, foster a
positive collaborative culture, and take a lead role in recruiting and
developing a world-class engineering team.
* Operational Excellence (SRE): Embracing "You build it, you run it," you
implement SRE practices to ensure maximum reliability, performance tuning,
and data integrity throughout the entire service lifecycle.
