THE ROLE

As the Country HR Manager Spain, you will lead and execute the full People
Strategy across multiple sites (Palencia, Villamuriel, Madrid and Valencia),
ensuring alignment with ofi corporate priorities and EU regional strategy.

This role is a key member of the Spain leadership team, acting as a strategic
partner to the General Manager, Country Finance and site leadership, driving
business performance through people, organizational effectiveness and culture.

You will have full ownership of the HR agenda across Spain, combining strategic
leadership with strong operational execution. A critical focus of the role is
the management of Woks Councils and labor relations, ensuring effective
negotiation, compliance with Spanish
