About the role:
This is a high-impact opportunity to join SplitMetrics' established sales team as a Business Development Representative, focused on Enterprise and C-level prospects across both inbound and outbound motions. You'll research, prospect, and qualify opportunities that feed directly into the sales pipeline, working closely with Sales to convert interest into qualified meetings. Strong performers have a clear path to Account Executive.
In this role, you will:
Conduct company research based on SplitMetrics' Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and execute personalized, data-informed outreach to Enterprise and C-level contacts.
Qualify and follow up on inbound leads, quickly assessing fit and routing warm opportunities into the pipeline.
Utilize automation tools, cold calls, and custom emails to build and enrich the sales pipeline with new opport
