EMEA Consultant / Sr. Consultant (UK, Spain Preferred)

Purpose

Kotter EMEA is a small, entrepreneurial team evolving from start-up to scale-up. We’re seeking a results-driven senior consultant to help enable this next phase of growth.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering solutions that help us scale client work, business development and team collaboration. You’ll operate with a high degree of autonomy—working creatively and proactively with a lean EMEA team, supported by a broader North American organisation.

There isn’t a fixed playbook—yet. This role is adecuado for someone comfortable with ambiguity and motivated to build, shape, and define how the work gets done. As the organisation continues to grow, there will be opportunities to take on broader responsibilities across client delivery, business development, and operations.

Location: This is a Remote role. Preference for candidates based in UK or Spain.
