About the team

The Cyber Incident Management team serves as the frontliner defense against
cybersecurity threats across Swiss Re. We provide critical incident leadership
and coordination, overseeing the triage, investigation, and containment of
security events to minimize business impact. Our team excels in stakeholders'
communication and management during incidents, conduct through post-incident
reviews to drive continuous improvement, and develops preparedness and
resilience strategies. We also establish and monitor KPIs and metrics to enhance
our security posture and response capabilities.

In your role, you will…

* Exercise Planning & Facilitation: Design, organize, and facilitate regular
tabletop exercises and simulations to test and enhance the organization's
incident response capabilities
* Response Coordination: Support incident response efforts by coordinating
resources, scheduling meetings, and ensuring proper communication channels
are maintained
* Documentation Management: Create and maintain comprehensive incident response
documentation, playbooks, and procedures
* Post-Incident Reporting: Compile detailed incident reports capturing
timeline, actions taken, and impact ass
