Disability Support Worker – [Supported Independent Living]

Position Details
- Position: Disability Support Worker
- Employment Type: Permanent Part-Time
- Location: Moorabbin, VIC
- Total Hours per fortnight: 57 hours
- Roster: Permanent fortnightly roster (see roster details below)

About You
- Experience supporting customers with Behaviours of Concern (BOC) is highly desirable.
- Confidence supporting customers with mobility, personal care and daily living tasks.
- A calm, resilient and proactive approach to supporting people with disability.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Available to work all shifts listed on the roster.

To be successful in this role you must have or be willing to obtain:
- NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and Working with Children's Check (Employee)
- Current Level 1 First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Valid Australian Working Rights and an International Police Check if you have lived or worked overseas for more than one (1) year within the last ten years.
