Accountabilities:

As a Video Producer / Video Content Manager,



you will be responsible for owning the video strategy and production pipeline from concept to performance analysis. You will combine creative judgment, operational expertise, and data insights to grow video channels and create content that drives engagement and business impact.
- Own the end-to-end video production process, including strategy, scripting, production coordination, publishing, and optimization.
- Create video scripts designed specifically for audience retention, spoken delivery, and platform performance.
- Build and manage a network of freelance presenters, providing briefs, feedback, and guidance to ensure high-quality output.
- Coordinate external video editors, evaluate creative quality, and provide clear direction to keep production workflows efficient.
