- Maintain direct telephone contact with customers to address urgent challenges and questions.
- Handle written communication through a dedicated ticketing system.
- Ensure customers receive prompt technical support and solutions.
- Contribute to customer satisfaction and loyalty through efficient service delivery
- Create and continuously maintain a knowledge base.
- Provide a central information resource that helps customers find solutions independently.
- Support the service team in handling requests efficiently
