Working in Energy Management:
Providing power efficiently and reliably is among the core challenges in times of increasing solar and wind energy production. Here, our intraday trading teams are making a vital and exciting contribution, executing the day-to-day market activities and optimization for Statkraft’s Origination activities as well as owned assets. Origination and Energy Management work closely together,



combining commercial origination expertise with 24/7 optimisation capabilities to deliver strong customer outcomes across the full deal lifecycle.

We are active in all relevant short-term markets on the Continent and the UK, integrating renewables and flexibility in a highly commercial manner. In total, Statkraft manages over 10.000 MW of renewable capacity across Europe, optimizes thousands of decentralized adaptable assets with an installed capacity of several thousand MW. We leverage flexibility and storage solutions and thus contribute significantly to the successful integration of renewable energy into the overall energy landscape. We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year supported by a high degree of automation.
