To support its continued growth, the company is seeking a temporary People Operations & Compliance Specialist based in Barcelona, working in a hybrid model. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to People Operations across multiple EMEA countries within a fast-paced, global environment.
About the Role
The People Operations & Compliance Specialist, EMEA will play a key role in supporting operational excellence and employee experience across multiple EMEA countries, with a strong focus on Spain, the UK, and Portugal. This role combines hands-on operational execution, regional compliance knowledge, process optimization, and cross-functional partnership in a fast-paced general environment.




What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations, People Operations, or HR Generalist roles within a fast-paced international environment
- Strong operational knowledge of employee lifecycle management, including onboarding, offboarding, HRIS administration, and LOAs
- Experience supporting multiple countries within EMEA, with strong exposure to Spain and familiarity/notions with the UK and Portugal labor regulations.
- Working knowledge of Spanish labor law and employment practices
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with Payroll, Legal, Finance, HR Tech, and PBPs
- Advanced experience with HR systems such as Workday and ticketing systems such as JIRA
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, including Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis)
