The Role
We are looking for someone who brings positive energy and a can-do attitude to every task, whether working independently or as part of a team. As a Senior Hospitality Operations Specialist, you will be the key person for reactive operations tasks, ensuring swift and effective resolution of any issues that arise in our Valencia property. You will also serve as a visible, approachable presence on the ground and engage directly with guests to ensure a seamless, welcoming experience.




Your keen eye for detail will be crucial as you conduct housekeeping quality audits to maintain our exceptionally high cleaning standards and oversee supplier partnerships. As a senior member of the team, you will take ownership of a broader range of projects, ensuring that company standards and central operating procedures are consistently implemented across the property. You will also play an active role in sourcing, negotiating, and closing new contracts with service providers, helping us build and maintain strong local partnerships.
Additionally, your strong time management skills, confidence in decision-making, ability to work autonomously, and experience in the hospitality industry will set you up for success in this role.
