Job Summary:
Under the direction of Director and Architectural Designers, the Interior Designer will work on the interior design and FF&E; direction corresponding to each of the phases from Narrative & Concept Design till Construction Administration.

Key Responsibilities:
- Take the design direction of the Director or a Senior Designer to prepare design presentations. Ensure that format is compatible with HBA and client standards/requirements.
- Develop and execute the interior design direction and FFE for overall project and communicate to the project team.
- Coordinate with the Director, Senior Designer, and other Designers on a regular basis and develop and maintain communication with all project team members regarding project status.




- Knowledge on developing material specifications related to each phase of the project.
- Assist in the process of reviewing the project along with the project architect/designer.
- Develop and review furniture installation plans and shop drawings for content and accuracy and ensure that they are fully coordinated with all pertinent consultant drawings.
- Generate FF&E; design based on established project criteria, program and budget.
- Develop FF&E; and specifications for documentation, review and approve FF&E; purchase orders, coordinate final placement of FF&E; installation with all parties involved and maintain FF&E; budget for all phases of the project interiors.
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of FF&E; specification minimum standards, informational requirements for specification and computer specification program requirements.
