Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in selecting products that meet their individual needs and preferences.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Provide personalised product and styling recommendations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with retail teams to enhance the overall client experience.
• Stay informed about current fashion trends, collections,



and market developments.
• Support the planning and delivery of fashion workshops and client events.
• Assist with personalised styling sessions, including colour analysis and wardrobe advice.
