Accountabilities:
- Support talent throughout their journey by providing guidance, resolving operational requests, and ensuring consistent application of policies and processes.
- Execute and continuously improve workflows supporting talent programs, certifications, referrals, learning initiatives, community engagement, availability processes, and other operational activities.
- Coordinate the planning, execution, communication, tracking, and reporting of talent development programs and strategic initiatives.
- Support the launch of new programs by managing stakeholder coordination, participant communications, documentation, registrations, and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate community engagement campaigns, learning programs, certification initiatives, and other projects designed to improve talent success and engagement.
