Responsibilities

The Product Compliance Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring that all products meet applicable regulatory, safety, and stewardship standards. This role requires strong technical expertise and business acumen to assess compliance risks, support cross-functional teams in integrating regulatory requirements, maintain accurate documentation, and uphold the company’s commitment to product safety and legal conformity.



The position will focus primarily on our Personal Care businesses.

· Conduct risk assessments for raw materials and finished nonwoven products to ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements
· Monitor and interpret global regulations (e.g., REACH, FDA, food contact, chemical restrictions, labeling) and translate them into actionable business guidance
· Evaluate and approve raw materials (fibers, binders, additives) for compliance with product safety and regulatory standards
· Define and manage product testing programs, including chemical, toxicological, and application-specific requirements
· Partner with Product Development, Commercial, Procurement, Quality and Manufacturing teams to embed compliance requirements into product development, scale-up and change management processes
