Position Overview:

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing,



and delivering initiatives within the General Transformation Programme, as well as other key projects across Foundever. Your role will be crucial in ensuring projects are completed successfully, within scope, on time, and on budget, all while supporting Foundever’s transformation and continuous improvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end management of projects within the Global Transformation Programme and other strategic initiatives.
- Develop, monitor, and adjust comprehensive project plans to ensure alignment with project goals and organizational priorities.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability to achieve project milestones.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues to minimize their impact.
- Provide regular and transparent updates to stakeholders at all levels, effectively communicating progress, challenges, and outcomes.
