About the role ?
We are looking for a German-speaking Sales Team Lead (player-manager) to join a fast-growing European B2B SaaS company within hospitality tech.
This is a step-up role for a Senior Account Executive looking to move into leadership. You will initially spend the first 3–6 months as an individual contributor, building deep product and market understanding, before transitioning into a Team Lead role combining sales and leadership.
Your responsibilities ?
You will play a dual role combining hands-on sales with team leadership.
- Initially own the full sales cycle as an individual contributor
- Transition into leading and developing a team of AEs and SDRs
- Drive performance through 1:1s, coaching, and pipeline reviews
- Support deals and improve win rates through hands-on involvement
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to optimize go-to-market
- Contribute to scaling processes, forecasting, and revenue growth

Your profile / Required skills ✅
- Several years of experience in B2B SaaS sales
- Proven top performance as an individual contributor (AE)




- Experience coaching or informally leading others
- Strong skills in pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM
- Experience from fast-paced or scaling environments
- Native or C2 German (mandatory)

Meritorious skills ⭐
- Experience within hospitality SaaS (strongly preferred)
- Experience in international sales environments
- Previous formal leadership experience
