Danish-Speaking Cloud Solutions Specialist | Spain

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading international BPO/customer experience company based in Spain. You will join a multilingual team delivering high-quality support in Danish.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and/or email in Danish

Provide accurate, professional, and empathetic support

Follow client guidelines and quality standards

Escalate complex issues appropriately

Maintain accurate records in CRM systems

REQUIREMENTS

Fluent in Danish — native or C1/C2 level (mandatory)

EU citizenship, valid EU work permit, or refugee protection status

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Availability for rotating shifts (Mon–Fri + occasional weekends)

Previous customer service experience is an advantage
