This role offers the opportunity to lead product strategy and growth initiatives for a fast-evolving B2B SaaS business entering a new phase of development.
You will own the product vision, guide engineering priorities, and create scalable processes that support long-term growth.
Working closely with customers, technical teams, and commercial stakeholders, you will transform insights into impactful product decisions.

Accountabilities:

As Head of Product & Growth, you will take full ownership of product direction,



customer experience, and growth initiatives. You will work closely with engineering, QA, sales, and marketing resources to improve the product, strengthen customer relationships, and build scalable systems that support expansion.
- Own the product roadmap, prioritization, and strategic direction while guiding engineering and QA teams toward impactful outcomes.
- Lead customer-focused product development by engaging with users, running demos, supporting onboarding, and translating feedback into product improvements.
- Drive growth initiatives, including improving onboarding experiences, increasing activation rates, optimizing conversion, and identifying expansion opportunities.
