About the Role

As an Operational Resilience Analyst, you will be at the heart of Swiss Re's efforts to stay strong and operational in the face of disruption. You'll support the delivery of resilience activities across a truly integral organisation, working alongside diverse teams to maintain plans, run testing exercises, and generate insights that inform leadership decisions. Key Responsibilities
- Support Business Units and Functions in maintaining and continuously improving Operational Resilience plans, ensuring they remain relevant, accurate,



and actionable
- Assist in resilience testing and scenario exercises, coordinating logistics, capturing outcomes, and diligently tracking follow-up actions to drive accountability
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and stakeholder updates that translate complex resilience data into clear, compelling narratives for leadership and key audiences
- Support regulatory and governance-related activities, helping ensure Swiss Re meets its obligations and maintains high standards of compliance
- Contribute to third-party due diligence and supplier resilience assessments, helping identify and mitigate risks across the supply chain
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including risk, compliance, operations, and technology — to embed resilience thinking across the organisation
