You will lead a team of experienced engineers, driving architectural decisions, fostering technical excellence, and ensuring the successful delivery of complex software projects. Working in a fully remote, collaborative environment, you will mentor team members, improve engineering practices, and contribute directly to the design and implementation of modern distributed systems.
