Development Manager, Iberia

The role:
This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their career who is looking to build hands on experience within hospitality and development. Working closely with Director of Development Iberia,



the successful candidate will support the sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and execution of new development opportunities across Spain and Portugal.
We are looking for a commercially minded individual with strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the drive to work in a fast-paced development environment.

We would love you to have:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience within hospitality, real estate, consulting, investment, development, or private equity.
- Strong financial and analytical skills with confidence using Excel
- Experience preparing feasibility studies, financial models, or investment analysis would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
- A resilient, driven, and proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and within a team.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
