Regulatory Governance & Authorities LiaisonServe as the official corporate representative and primary technical contact for Spanish regulatory bodies regarding Law 31/1995 (PRL) and labor inspections (Inspección de Trabajo).Ensure company-wide operations align strictly with critical industrial decrees, including RD 337/2014 (high-voltage electrical safety) and RD 1215/1997 (work equipment safety).Draft, finalize, and sign off on high-level HSE standard operating procedures before they are deployed across the portfolio.2.
IMS Oversight & Audit ManagementDrive the continuous improvement and strategic alignment of ISO 45001 (Safety), ISO 14001 (Environment), and ISO 9001 (Quality) frameworks.Oversee the preparation, execution, and close-out of both internal corporate audits and external third-party certification audits.Ensure that conditional requirements from Environmental Impact Assessments (DIAs) are successfully integrated into long-term site operations.3.
High-Risk Oversight & Incident CommandDefine, approve, and validate the safety frameworks (such as complex LOTO and electrical switching programs) for high-risk heavy maintenance, including blade repairs, gearbox changes,
and substation shutdowns.Personally lead or direct investigations for high-potential "near misses" or serious incidents using advanced Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methodologies, ensuring corrective action plans prevent recurrence.4.
Performance Strategy & Stakeholder ManagementAnalyze data trends from departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), translating raw numbers into actionable preventive strategies for executive management.Manage the overarching compliance frameworks for service providers, ensuring that mandatory OCA certifications and regulatory inspections are completed on schedule.Review and validate verified QHSE/ESG metrics (waste management, carbon tracking, and fauna impact) before they are sent to corporate sustainability teams or partners.Requirements:Minimum 8 years of experience in Quality, Health, Safety & Environment rolesAt least 5 years in a management, lead, or supervisory capacity within the renewable energy sector (wind, solar, or substations).Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial), Environmental Science, or a related technical discipline.Must hold the Spanish Técnico Superior en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales (TPRL) qualification, preferably covering multiple specialties (Safety, Industrial Hygiene,
Ergonomics).Spanish Native/C2 Level.Desirable Points:Regulatory Expertise: Deep and thorough knowledge of Spanish OSH legislation—Law 31/1995 (PRL)—and critical Royal Decrees such as RD 337/2014 (High-Voltage Electrical Installations) and RD 1215/1997 (Work Equipment Safety).High-Risk Operations: In-depth technical understanding of safety protocols for heavy maintenance in renewables (e.G., blade repairs, gearbox replacements, substation shutdowns).Contractor & Vendor Management: Strong capability in managing relationship frameworks with external providers, specifically regarding Statutory Inspections and OCA certifications.High-level negotiation and stakeholders management skills to interface with partners, asset managers, and external auditors.Strong leadership in crisis management and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methodology.English Intermediate/Above Level (B2/C1 Level).Familiarity with Office 365.Strong negotiation skills for interacting with OCA bodies, subcontractors etc.Why Join Us?At CTGE, we offer more than just a job; we offer a purpose. xqbhyrx
