In this role you drive performance for digital campaigns across paid platforms within a cross‑functional team. You will translate business goals into effective online initiatives, manage campaigns autonomously within established processes, and deliver data‑driven insights to strategy teams and clients. You’ll work with a diverse client portfolio, balancing launches and optimizations while developing your skills under guidance from senior colleagues. This is a hands‑on, analytical role that shapes campaign outcomes and contributes to Amadeus’ travel tech mission.

• Support the implementation, activation, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across paid advertising platforms
• Translate business goals and marketing strategies into effective online campaigns aligned with objectives
• Monitor campaign performance, produce analytical reporting, and share insights with strategy teams and clients
• Manage a portfolio of clients across different investment tiers, balancing new launches with ongoing optimizations




• Collaborate with strategy teams and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for data‑driven performance improvements
• Work autonomously within established processes and methodologies with guidance from senior colleagues
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field is preferred
• Hands‑on experience in digital marketing or online campaign management
• Strong experience in digital or performance marketing with hands‑on paid advertising
• Experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Google DV360, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, or other paid social platforms
• Experience with advanced xqbhyrx Excel and PowerPoint for performance analysis and presenting insights
• Familiarity with Power BI and/or Salesforce is a plus
• Hospitality or hotel industry experience adds value
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
• Strong English and Italian communication skills
