What you will do:
- Support transaction management activities across energy trading operations, ensuring accurate deal entry, validation, confirmations and settlement
- Manage and resolve operational inquiries through shared mailboxes and JIRA while acting as a key contact for trading desks
- Collaborate closely with Front Office, Risk, Accounting, Logistics, and IT teams to ensure smooth daily operations and efficient issue resolution
- Monitor and improve operational processes, internal controls, and quality standards across Transaction Management activities
- Contribute to IT and process improvement projects, including system enhancements, new market integrations, and operational optimization initiatives
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, financial reporting standards,



and internal control processes across trading operations

What you bring & who you are:
- Higher education in accounting, finance, economics, business, or a related field
- Experience in energy trading operations, transaction management, or back-office activities within the energy sector
- Strong understanding of energy (Power, Gas, LNG, Environmental certificates) and financial markets, trading products, settlements, and operational risk management
- Confident communication skills in English (C1/C2); ideally, you also speak additional European languages
- Analytical and solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail and process optimization skills
- Good IT skills, ideally with experience working with ETRM (Endur) and ERP (SAP) systems.
