You'll work closely with product, data, content, and communication teams to deliver impactful campaigns across multiple channels. By leveraging segmentation, automation, testing, and analytics, you'll help improve engagement, loyalty, and customer lifetime value. Accountabilities
- Build, launch, and optimize CRM campaigns across the full customer lifecycle,



including acquisition, onboarding, retention, reactivation, and churn prevention.
- Execute targeted campaigns across multiple channels, including email, push notifications, browser notifications, WhatsApp, and Telegram.
- Create customer segments and personalized journeys based on user behavior, preferences, and lifecycle stages.
- Configure, test, and validate bonuses, automated workflows, triggered campaigns, and customer communications.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and continuously optimize engagement and retention results.
- Design and run A/B tests and experiments to improve campaign effectiveness and customer experience.
- Collaborate with product, data, content, and communication teams to align CRM initiatives with business objectives.
