As IT Engineer (m/f/d) you will be responsible for providing hands-on IT support and technical expertise to colleagues on-site in Spain. This role requires broad knowledge across workplace technologies, hardware, software, and collaboration tools,



and acts as a key enabler for smooth IT operations locally. Fluency in Spanish is mandatory to ensure effective communication and support. Fluency (or at least an intermediate level) of English is mandatory for weekly international team calls and communication with the manager (who is located in our Headquarters in Germany).
The first interview will be conducted in English language.

Your Tasks:
- Provide on-site IT support for end users in Spain (hardware, software, network, peripherals).
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests in collaboration with central IT teams.
- Support device lifecycle management (setup, deployment, maintenance, decommissioning).
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes (accounts, devices, access).
- Act as local contact for Modern Workplace topics (e.g., Teams, OneDrive, Outlook).
- Coordinate with central IT and service owners to ensure alignment and escalation.
