About the role:
As a Payroll Implementation Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering end-to-end payroll solutions that make a real impact on our clients’ operations. You will be responsible for leading the full implementation lifecycle—combining both functional expertise and technical know-how to ensure successful project outcomes.
Which tasks can you expect?
- Lead end-to-end payroll implementations, owning both the functional and technical delivery for our clients.
- Partner closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into scalable, high-impact solutions.
- Configure and tailor payroll systems to fit each client’s requirements,



ensuring seamless integration with other business platforms.
- Drive functional testing and validation, guaranteeing accuracy, compliance, and a smooth payroll process from start to finish.

What do you have to offer?
- +5 years of experience implementing ERP payroll solutions.
- Strong expertise in payroll processes, accounting, and labor regulations, combined with hands-on experience in system configuration and customization.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
- Experience with Integrho will be a strong advantage.
- Background in implementing time & attendance solutions or HCM systems is a plus.
- Spanish is essential and fluency in English.
