This is a 12‑month parental leave cover where you’ll play a key role in managing and optimising Healius’ national commercial property portfolio. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you’ll help deliver cost‑effective, compliant leasing outcomes that support our healthcare services across Australia.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Leasing Coordinator, you will be responsible for the management of commercial leases across Healius’ property portfolio, supporting business performance through cost optimisation, risk mitigation and informed property advice.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage the Group’s commercial lease portfolio
- Negotiate leases, renewals, options, surrenders and dispute resolution outcomes
- Identify and deliver lease cost savings and value creation opportunities
- Manage critical lease dates and mitigate portfolio risk
- Interpret leases and provide property advice to internal stakeholders
- Prepare property summaries, financial analysis and Executive recommendation papers
