You’re an accountable project leader who can calm down a stressed client, support a teammate having in need, fix a last-minute speaker issue and still keep the budget on track: all before lunch. Experienced in pharmaceutical and healthcare events, you thrive in fast-paced environments, love bringing order to chaos and know how to keep projects, people and compliance all moving in the same direction.
What you’ll be doing
In this position, you’ll join a team fully dedicated to one of the world’s leading pharmaceutical companies.
- Lead all aspects of multiple, large-scale projects for one of our key pharma accounts,



from briefing to successful delivery and closing, including logistics, production and content coordination
- Ensure full alignment with client's operational standards, compliance requirements, approval processes and event procedures
- Act as the main point of contact for client's stakeholders during the implementation phase
- Manage timelines, budgets, suppliers and reporting with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Support, mentor and collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth project delivery

Must haves

- 8+ years of event project management experience within the pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry, including end-to-end attendee management and event delivery
