In this client-facing role, you’ll be the go-to expert for our customers and internal teams, solving complex HR challenges across a number of countries in Western Europe, which could include but is not limited to Spain, Switzerland, Belgium, Germany, the UK, the Netherlands, and Spain. Whether it’s advising on tricky terminations, navigating country-specific compliance, or unblocking sensitive people issues, your deep HR expertise and pragmatic mindset will help our customers feel supported and confident every step of the way. You will champion a high-performance culture, constantly seeking ways to optimize processes and leverage modern tools, including AI, to scale your impact and efficiency.
