- Develop reliable and maintainable systems using modern backend technologies, distributed architectures, and service-oriented design principles.
- Manage production systems by monitoring performance, ensuring reliability, and proactively improving operational processes.
- Integrate third-party systems and external APIs while maintaining security, scalability, and performance standards.
- Establish and promote engineering best practices, technical standards, documentation processes, and high-quality development approaches.
