Job Description:
RESPONSABILITIES:

Maintenance
• Coordinate and supervise internal and external technicians with the maintenance activities on site.
• Support the planner in the preparation of the maintenance activities
• Give pro-actively support in case of difficult activities and/or problems




• Follow up maintenance activities and adjust where necessary
• Coordinate 3th party services according to Sibelco technical and safety standards
• Create correct maintenance work orders according to Sibelco rules and standards
• Follow up and execute maintenance plan for preventive and corrective maintenance tasks
• Perform gatekeeping on maintenance notifications and manage them with the correct priority
• Review maintenance jobs and close the work orders with correct aftercare
• Continuously communicate with production operators, supervisors and engineers to ensure maintenance activities are performed according to planning
• Coordinate and support emergency regime
Operational Excellence
• Actively participate in the daily performance dialogue and problem solving events. Coordinate the technicians and execute maintenance activities in the site according to Sibelco’s operational excellence an
