About the role:
Deliver expert payroll services across the Nordics with a strong focus on quality, compliance, and client satisfaction. You will independently manage complex payrolls, lead process improvement activities, support system changes, and coach junior colleagues.
You act as a subject matter expert, driving operational excellence internally and externally.
Which tasks can you expect?
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing independently, including complex and escalated cases.
- Act as the trusted advisor for payroll-related client matters and audits.
- Ensure payrolls are processed with the highest accuracy, on time, and in compliance with Nordic country laws and client agreements.




- Perform advanced quality controls, audits, and reconciliations.
- Manage complex statutory filings and reporting to authorities.
- Lead updates and improvements to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and client-specific documentation.
- Actively participate in client governance calls, audits, and operational reviews.
- Identify, lead, and implement payroll process improvement initiatives.
- Support testing and validation for system changes and enhancements.
- Mentor, coach, and provide guidance to less experienced colleagues.
- Danish proficiency is essential and fluency in English.
