WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

Creative Leadership: You define and oversee the
creative and aesthetic direction of the brand, ensuring each seasonal
collection reflects a strong, coherent brand DNA.

Collection Development: You develop
seasonal frameworks for Classic and Timeless womenswear unit, based on trend
research, sales insights, and market needs, guiding color palettes,
mood boards, silhouettes, styles, and accessory directions.

Trend Research: You actively explore market trends through
competitor analysis, fabric and fashion fairs, digital sources, and social
media, translating insights into
commercially viable collections.

Team Leadership: You supervise and mentor Senior Designers,
Designers
