The ING International Talent Programme is a two-year development programme designed for talented international graduates to experience as many roles, places, skills and challenges as we could pack into 2 intensive years.
During the programme you will be able to rotate between different teams of the bank.
In addition, over the course of the programme, you will also have workshops and activities to develop you potential in three key areas:
Banking Skills
Personal Growth

Professional Development
In addition to the learning courses, you will attend 2 General events where all trainees of come together in to learn, network and develop themselves.

Your key responsibilities:
The banking industry is evolving and there has never been a more interesting time to be part of it. At ING,



the projects we develop impact millions of clients worldwide and enable the digital transformation of ING.
As an ITP in the IT track you will collaborate in the design, development and test of the code that will shape the different components of the application, ensuring that they meet the requirements of functionality, quality and performance.
To deliver in Production a working software by giving the best use to technology and development practices. It includes the documentation and parameters that can help reaching that goal. To support Production by analysis and fixing any bugs that occurs. Contribute to improve the technical discipline by collaborating with the cross technical chapter.

What are we looking for?

Bachelor’s degree preferably in computer science, Informatics, Software Engineering or Mathematics (with clear programming affinity)
