Accountabilities:





As a Member of Engineering (Experiment Platform), you will own the development of a reliable and scalable platform that connects research systems and improves the overall model development process. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex research needs into robust technical solutions while driving adoption of efficient workflows.
- Design and develop backend services using primarily Python and Go to support API gateways and experiment platform capabilities.
- Build scalable APIs, data models, and developer tools that simplify research workflows and improve engineering productivity.
- Collaborate with research, infrastructure, and platform teams to deliver solutions aligned with evolving technical needs.
- Develop and maintain the Experiment CLI to enable efficient, agent-driven research workflows.
