You'll lead the full software lifecycle across flight-critical firmware, laboratory automation and EGSE, while also leading and developing a team of embedded engineers.

Own the embedded software architecture from bare-metal through to RTOS
Lead and mentor a team of embedded software engineers
Develop verification strategies, HIL testing and CI/CD for embedded systems
Help shape software that will ultimately support real spaceflight




Embedded Software Lead – Madrid , Spain
~7+ years' embedded software experience, including technical leadership/mentoring
~ Strong C and C++ experience
~ Hands-on bare-metal and RTOS experience, ideally FreeRTOS
~ Python for xqbhyrx automation and testing
~ 23 days holiday + 6 additional Christmas days
