In this role you will steer the monetization and overall health of Asphalt Legends, aligning revenue strategy with game leadership and cross-functional teams. You’ll balance rapid engagement growth with high-quality player experience, across general live operations. You drive data-driven decisions, optimize monetization systems, and mentor the product team. This is an opportunity to shape a flagship title within a leading game publisher and to scale its commercial strategy.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Define multi-year roadmaps with Game Leadership to hit aggressive commercial targets
• Lead Live Ops with a data-driven growth focus, optimizing events and offers for LTV/ARPU
• Own end-to-end monetization lifecycle from concept to post-launch optimization
• Oversee hypothesis-driven data work with A/B testing and KPI forecasting to de-risk decisions




• Mentor junior PMs and foster a culture of excellence
• Act as the primary business voice for Asphalt 9 to internal and external stakeholders
Responsabilidades
• 6+ years of Product Management experience in free-to-play games (mobile, PC, or console)
• Proven track record of monetization and retention impact on live titles
• Analytical mastery with ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Proficiency in advanced analytics tools
• Excellent xqbhyrx presentation and documentation skills for executive audiences
• Bachelor’s degree in economics, business management, marketing, or related field
• MBA or advanced degree valued
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
