As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a key role in helping enterprise customers maximize the value of advanced cybersecurity solutions throughout their entire lifecycle. You will own customer relationships, drive product adoption, support renewals, and identify opportunities for long-term growth and engagement. Working closely with sales, product, legal, and support teams, you will act as a trusted advisor and ensure customers achieve their security objectives. This role combines relationship management, strategic account development, and cybersecurity expertise within a collaborative, high-growth technology environment. Accountabilities
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, acting as the primary point of contact and building strong, long-term relationships.
- Drive customer onboarding, adoption, engagement, and renewal activities to ensure customers achieve maximum value from solutions.
- Own renewal processes, including forecasting, negotiation, opportunity management, and resolution of customer concerns.
- Monitor customer health, identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and maintain accurate account status documentation.
- Conduct regular business reviews with customers to track progress, align on objectives, and demonstrate ongoing value.
- Map customer business needs to relevant product capabilities to increase adoption and create long-term customer loyalty.
- Identify expansion and upsell opportunities within accounts and collaborate with sales teams to support growth initiatives.
