Lead the frontend vision and engineering strategy behind a large-scale portfolio of digital gaming products while building the foundation of a new B2B platform from the ground up. In this role, you'll take full ownership of frontend architecture, driving technical excellence, scalability, and performance across complex user-facing applications. You'll lead and inspire a distributed team of 20–25 frontend engineers, including senior developers and team leads, while fostering a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement. Working closely with product, design, backend, and DevOps teams, you'll transform business requirements into fast, reliable, and engaging user experiences. Accountabilities




- Own the overall frontend architecture strategy for existing B2C digital platforms, ensuring scalability, security, performance, and maintainability.
- Lead the development of a new, scalable B2B platform frontend from the ground up using modern technologies and engineering practices.
- Manage, mentor, and inspire a distributed frontend engineering organization of 20–25 developers, including team leads and senior engineers.
- Establish frontend standards, architectural guidelines, coding practices, and quality processes through effective reviews and technical leadership.
- Drive optimization initiatives to ensure high performance, low latency, and reliable user experiences across high-traffic applications.
- Champion the adoption of AI-powered tools and innovative approaches to improve engineering efficiency and product development.
