Creative Vision: You define and shape the creative vision and design direction for the Light Woven category across Womens, ensuring a strong balance between brand identity, trend relevance, and commercial success.

Trend Research: You continuously research market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscapes for both men’s segments and translate them into relevant, innovative design concepts.

Collection Development: You develop seasonal collections for Womenswear from the first idea to the final product, including sketches, fabric and trim selection, color palettes, and detailed technical packages

Fit & Quality: You ensure optimal fit, silhouette, and garment construction for the respective target customers and p
